What is a Micro-Farm?

A micro-farm is defined as a farm that is smaller than a conventional farm, usually only a few acres or less. Moonlight Micro-farm is actually a micro eco-farm, meaning that it is a local, sustainable mini-farm. Located on less than 1/5 of an acre, we specialize in gourmet sprout mixes and micro-greens. Our sprouts are currently available at Perennials & Natives by a Girl Named Toni, select restaurants, and farmer's markets. We take custom orders for sprouts & micro-greens. Please allow two weeks when ordering.

* All sprouts & micro-greens are naturally grown from organic sprouting seeds. Some seeds are non-GMO and are marked accordingly.
