McLeod - 2006
Challenging site & structure. Due to county and development setbacks, the buildable footprint was 16'-9" x 20'-0" (335 sq. ft.) CFH Design Studio utilized bump-outs and dormers to maximize space. The result was 1,340 sq. ft. of liveable area with a glimpse of the Gulf.
